摘要：

On the basis of analyzing the integration way between work flow system and project management system which exists the defect and insufficient at presenting, and building the level-frame about PM and WF through the level-model method of petri network. Above all, the paper proposes a frame which based on Service-Oriented Architecture to integrating PM and WF, and find that the main reason which influencing the service package encapsulated could be used again effectively is the business Encapsulation granularity.
