摘要：
This paper presents a passive bistatic radar developed at Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University. The passive radar exploits third-party DVB-T2 transmitters as illuminators of opportunity. The system specification and performance estimated based on theoretical and experimental study are presented. The possible applications of passive radar developed are discussed.
