摘要
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of grain boundary misorientation on radiation induced segregation (RIS) at boundaries of different Deltatheta by using our recently developed model, which was based on the RIS model along with grain boundary diffusion and grain boundary dislocation model. For this model, an explanation is given for how to obtain the expressions for defect fluxes in boundaries. A method to determine the Burgers vectors of grain boundary dislocations is also proposed. The Cr concentration profiles, after irradiation, are changed into narrower and deeper for random boundaries, but into wider and shallower for CSL boundaries, due to the fact that the RIS effect is usually small at CSL boundaries.
