摘要:
Start from the process of human resources management, planning and designing human resources management capacity comprehensive evaluation indexes system of SMEs, and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the evaluation model and making the empirical analysis, helping the SMEs to improve human resources management capability through the research on evaluation system.
