摘要
Cu-doped ZnO thin films were fabricated by hydrothermal process via adding ammonia and cupric chloride in zinc nitrate/(NH2)(6)N-4(HMTA) system. Both ammonia and Cu2+ restrain the radial growth of ZnO nanorods, enhance the oriented growth along c axis, and increase aspect ratio. Cu is not observed in ZnO crystal. The morphology of hydrothermally derived ZnO array films could be adjusted by adding Cu2+ and ammonia. The introduction of both Cu-2 and ammonia results in the bending of nanorods and the agglomeration of tips of nanorods; therefore, a star-like film comprising the bundling of nanorods is formed. PL spectra reveal that derived films contain more oxygen vacancy defects, and have field emission characteristics with a field enhancing factor of 5990.
