摘要
We propose a method based on the linear perturbation technique to predict the localized necking phenomenon in post-processing of finite element results for the simulation of deep-drawing processes. Numerous numerical results compared to experimental ones show the validity of such an approach. Numerical investigations have been performed to demonstrate the good behaviour of this technique in front of the process parameters as the friction value between the sheet and the tools, the blankholder force value or the tools radius. The paper is concluded by the interesting perspectives offered by this approach.
