摘要
Energy saving of compressed air system was studied in this work. The whole process model including compressor's performance, pressure loss of pipeline and pressure change of storage tank was founded. And then compared with performance equations of FSD compressors, energy cost and related Volumetric efficiency change along the variable frequency was achieved. With these models founded, simulations of the compressed air system with different number and type of compressors were carried out, meaningful results including the dperformaance and internal state were obtained, which is helpful for the analysis and understanding of the process, also from the comparison of cascaded control mode and frequency control mode for complex system with multi-compressors, specific energy saving and stable pressure control for output pressure can be demonstrated with frequency control mode. The work is quite good for the performance analysis and energy saving instruction of compressed air system.
