摘要
In today's market economy, buyer's market has replaced the seller's market. The survival and development of service-oriented business depends largely on the customer satisfaction. This paper analyzes requirements that the customer satisfaction degree to employee behavior, employee training and development. Structures employee training and development system based on the customer satisfaction degree, which concludes taking the customer orientation as training conception, customer satisfaction degree as training goal, customer demand as training content, targeted and diversity as training mode, carry out training of service employee.
