摘要
Combined with the cascade hydropower, photovoltaic power generation and pumped storage, the cascade hydro -PV -pumped storage (CH -PV -PS) complementary Generation System can promote multi-energy complementary and improve the clean and low -carbon level of power system. In the multi -energy complementary system, the uncertainties of PV and load will change with different time scales, and the traditional dispatching method is unable to achieve the optimal dispatching of the multi -energy complementary system. To address this problem, the topology of the CH-PV-PS complementary generation system is established in this paper. And, a multi-time scale optimal scheduling strategy is proposed with consideration of PV and load uncertainties. Moreover, a multi -time scale scheduling model of CH -PV -PS complementary generation system is established with the objective of maximizing the comprehensive economic efficiency of the system and minimizing the abandonment rate of PV plants. Finally, simulation examples prove that the multi-schedule optimal scheduling strategy based on CH -PV-PS complementary generation system is effective to improve the system economic efficiency and increase the consumption capacity of PV compared with the traditional optimal scheduling strategy.
