摘要
Low carbon of logistics park is the direction of logistics development and it is a new topic to study it. Basing on the reviews of low carbon about logistics and the 3R principles in circular economy, this paper gives the first-grade index system on low carbon of logistics park which include original control, process control and terminal control. Then, according to the construction practices of low carbon parks and the 3E theory of government performance measurement system, this paper sets up a system of assessing index system on low carbon of logistics park. After that, the standard of low carbon in logistics park success degrees is determined by the theory of customer satisfaction and the assessing index weight is obtained through AHP. Finally, the result is measured by low carbon assessment of a logistics park.
