摘要
Porous SnO2 film was prepared through a sol- gel process followed by CO2 supercritical extraction. The film was composed of nanoparticles with size < 5 nm, and the surface area was as high as 388 m(2) g(-1). After being aged at 250 degrees C, the crystallinity of SnO2 significantly increased, and the size of the composed particles changed to 3-5 nm. In addition, the gas sensing property of the aged porous film was investigated. The film exhibited excellent gas sensing performance for gasoline at the optimum working temperature of 200- 250 degrees C, with a detection limit as low as 2 ppm.
