摘要
To lead their supporters successfully through the turbulences of today's economic environment, leaders must understand the change process. For this it is very important the ability of organization's leaders to assimilate change, then formulate and articulate a clear vision, attended by fixation and implementation of strategic goals and objectives. Specialists observed that many leaders rely on instinct and experience rather than on a full understanding of the change process.
