摘要
The article examines the relationship between employee share ownership and employee integration. The authors argue that employee share ownership promotes employee integration. The goals and benefits of both phenomena match significantly. The authors have found that distribution of employee share ownership in a country depends on legal basis and taxation. The authors' qualitative and quantitative surveys in Latvian enterprises reveal that employee share ownership may improve employee integration.
