摘要
A novel design procedure of two-degree-of-freedom (2DOF) PID regulator for typical industrial process is proposed. By approximating the dead time of time-delay system with two-order Pade approximation formula, a new IMC tuning method of two-degree-of-freedom PID regulator is obtained. Better dynamic response performance of both the command tracking and the disturbance rejection characteristics can be achieved simultaneously. The simulated result demonstrate the effectiveness of the designed PID regulator.
