This article aims to study a subject related with the chivalric plays of Feliciano de Silva: the construction of magical episodes. Two adventures included in Amadis de Grecia and Florisel de Niquea (I) will be analysed: "La Gloria de Niquea" and "La Torre del Universo". We have selected these episodes because they are keys to the plot and represent the artificiality of magical constructions. Both episodes contain a meaning and a narrative function that are developed in the plot of the works. These achievements, due to the literary treatment he gives to these adventures, allow Silva to be positioned as a fully Renaissance author.
