摘要
Biometric template is actually digital representation of the biometric features that are extracted by applying different algorithms on the captured images of different types of biometric modalities. This digital information is stored in a biometric database for identification and authentication purposes. The objective of this paper discussed about cancelable Biometric template protection scheme. The idea behind cancelable biometrics is intentionally and repeatedly alteration of biometric features in such a way so that the data or biometric features will be protected.
