摘要：
When we use the cost method to evaluate new real estate, construction and installation costs of replacement costs account for a large proportion. Based on relevant literatures, this article discusses the necessity and suitability introducting the quota valuation method in engineering cost, and designs the program of construction and installation costs evaluation using the quota valuation method while evaluating construction and installation costs of new real estate under the cost method, thereby enhancing the actual data persuasiveness of the evaluation results.
