摘要
The present work deals with a new class of nanocomposite material based on poly(o-anisidine) and graphene (POA/GR) synthesized via chemical oxidative polymerization of o-anisidine in the presence of graphene sheets in acidic medium. The electrical properties of the nanocomposite are studied using AC impedance spectroscopic technique. It has been found that the room temperature electrical conductivity value enhanced from 1.28 x 10(-6) S cm(-1) to 3.3 x 10(-3) S cm(-1) on addition of 5 wt % of graphene into the polymer. The non-perturbed shape of the modulus spectra obtained at various temperatures indicated the relaxation mechanism is independent of temperature. Frequency dependence of dielectric loss (tan delta) spectrum indicates that hopping frequency increases with temperature and the relaxation time decreases from 2.67 x 10(-6) to 1.73 x 10(-6) sec.
