摘要
In this study, a bilevel transmission expansion planning model using conic ac power flow formulation is presented. Both computational and simulation results of this model on three test systems are presented, which show that the resulting expansion plans, compared to those derived from a conventional linear power flow based bilevel model, are more accurate and realistic.
