摘要
Collaboration innovation is a common activity in the process of software development. Based on the studies of critical success factors in new product development and implement of CRM & ERP in SMBs, this paper tries to analyze the factors influencing the collaboration innovation between software company and customer from the perspective of project management. Three aspects have been considered in informationization which are customer condition, software company condition and project management condition, and then explained the structure equation between three perspectives and innovation performance is been measured. The company and customer could refer to the SEM (structure equation model) during project implement, which will bring out a win-win result in collaboration of SMBs.
