Gel-combustion synthesis of La0.6Sr0.4Fe0.8Co0.2O3-δ and measurement of its humidity-dependent electrical conductivity

摘要
The gel-combustion synthesis of LSCF (La0.6, Sr0.4, Co0.2, O3-λ, Fe0.8) and its electrical conductivity was discussed. Investigations show that LSCF exhibited good sensitivity to moisture and narrow hysteresis. The water molecules were found to be adsorbed or desorbed reversibly on the LSCF surface. The data collected demonstrated that the influence of oxygen vacancies on the moisture sensitivity was under investigation.
