摘要
The aim of this study is to present an innovative solution, a web-based information system (WBIS) named access@tour, which can support knowledge and information transfer in the context of accessible tourism. A first prototype of this solution was developed in Adobe XD and includes a broad set of requirements in terms of information and accessibility. These were identified in a rigorous process of requirement engineering involving three important stakeholders of this market: demand (people with special needs, caregivers, and social organizations); supply agents; and teaching institutions. To present the concept and demonstrate the solution, some interfaces of access@tour will be explained and detailed, illustrating the layout, content, and main functionalities available in the system. Thus, from a theoretical perspective, it was possible with this study to demonstrate a concept of exchange and sharing of information suitable for promoting tourism for all. From a practical perspective, this study creates a communication channel between different stakeholders in the accessible tourism market.
