摘要:
The method of position detecting for the air-cored TPMLSM with linear Hall-effect sensors is introduced. The single sensor algorithm and double sensors algorithm for calculating the position angle were proposed. The detecting accuracy of both algorithms under no-load condition was analyzed theoretically, and the accuracy of the double sensors algorithm is higher. The influence of the armature reaction to detecting accuracy was also considered and analyzed under rate-load condition. The motor and detector were made, and the experiment was carried out to test the detecting accuracy of this method. This position detecting method could be applied in the low cost occasion.
