Current reversal induced by a cyclic stochastic process

摘要：
We consider the mean current for the overdamped motion in a ratchet-like potential driven by a stochastic cyclic three-state force. Approximations for slow and fast fluctuating forces are presented. The influence of the correlation time and the frequency of the stochastic force is investigated. Depending on the correlation time current reversal can be observed. The role of the frequency is of minor importance.
