摘要
With the development of college English teaching on different levels, promoting teaching on Elementary Level has become an essential task. This paper will focus on the meaning, theoretical basis and implementation methods of college English teaching on Elementary Level. The analysis of the theories and the practical problems in teaching may help find more effective methods in Elementary Level teaching.
