Directive Document "Rules on operation, control of technical conditions and major repairs of underwater crossings of gathering pipe-lines"

It is noted, that presented Directive Document generalizes experience on operation, diagnostics and major repairs of oil pipe-lines under water crossings, accumulated by enterprises, operating underwater crossings of trunk and gathering pipe-lines within the frame of Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Russian Federation. Special arrangements have been developed, providing for normal operational conditions of underwater crossings. Determined is a list of compulsory technical operational documents.
