摘要
This paper give a comprehensive analysis of the influence that the extent recognition value of life to mine put a reasonable level of safety. To the coal mine accidents frequently occur in China, the status of high number of deaths, on the basis of demographic analysis the losses in the coal mine accident, put forward the idea that the value of human life should be included in loss of coal mine accident analysis and optimization of safety input area; established the model that the goal of maximizing efficiency, safety cost-effectiveness of accident direct economic losses and loss of value of human life; Analysis the influence that the value of life put on a reasonable level of safety and resource development efficiency, the value of life is given a reasonable assignment of the two methods and functions to solve the light of france. Research to a township coal mines as an example to validate the model, Analysis of the value of life to the reasonable safety of different input level, accident probability and business indicators of the ultimate effectiveness of the degree of influence.
