摘要
This paper aims to offer an overview of the Marxian perspectives on the articulation of Public Law with Private Law, as these were developed throughout his intellectual evolution and in some of his followers in this subject (Max Adler, Karl Renner). The main premise of the research is that economicist interpretations of law and politics as superstructural formations do not account for the dialectical and sociological complexity of Marx's thought, which is not incompatible, however, with the fact that, from a strictly Marxian approach. law and the State can be analyzed, in effect, in terms of social domination.
