摘要
This paper proposes a PI control method adjusted by a genetic algorithm (GA) for all ultrasonic motor (USM). In the proposed method, proportional and integral gains are adjusted using a GA in order to compensate the characteristic variations of the plant. The effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed by experiments. (C) 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
