Highly sensitive spectrophotometric determination of chromium (VI) with some arsenazo group reagents

摘要
The decolorization of arsennazo group reagents such as arsenate III ,dibromonitroarsenazo and dibromocarboxyarsenazo, with Cr2O72- were studied. In the medium of nitric acid, the reactions have high sensibility, The molar absorptivities of FLU the reactions are more than 1 . 0 similar to 10(5). So a new method for determining trace chromium is developed, which is the one of the most sensitive method. It has been used to the determination of chromium in water and alloy steel.
