摘要
A compressed higher-order mode folded dipole is presented in this paper. According to the theory of conventional folded dipole, the characteristic impedance of compressed higher-order mode folded dipole is studied. By changing the dielectric loss tangent, the radiation efficiency of higher-order modes folded dipole are investigated, and compared to the higher-order modes dipole. The simulations show that the radiation efficiency of compressed higher-order mode folded dipole are still lower than the ones of higher-order mode dipole, which is opposite to the theoretical study.
