摘要
This work follows practical part of diploma work which target is to design independent power supply for provision of start of one turbine-generator unit of transfer Pumped-storage Power Plant Dlouhe Strane in case of complete failure of the power distribution network in the Czech Republic. Dilemma of Black Start is in detail described within the scope of PVE DS including analysis of self-consumption supply of one machinery and description of self-consumption devices. Two suitable solutions of power supply are solved in practical part. This work is focused on installation of a new diesel stand-by power supply or installation of backup power plant machinery directly to branch line of feeder tube for reverse turbine. Practical part focuses on self-consumption parameters of one Pumped-storage Power Plant unit, calculation of stand-by power supply load and sizing of a new cable guide of self consumption. Calculation is provided for unit which has worse conditions for supply (longer supply conduit) thereby higher energy losses. Proceeding of start can be done with common start of all devices in one moment or by sequential start of one device after another. Computation is done for sequentional start and makes provision for power peaks within the start of single devices. For new supply options are chosen locations situated to the closest distance with appliances to reach minimum power losses. [1]
