摘要
Improper management of requirement changes will result in software project extension, beyond the cost or software quality issues, even cause the entire software project failure. So how to correctly understanding and managing the requirements change is the requirements analysis and software development personnel must face in. At the same time, the capability of effective management of requirement and the control of requirement change turns to be an important sign of software process maturity. This article based on Six Sigma "DMAIC" process improvement method; introduce a kind of method to improve the implementation process of requirement change in software project.
