Training for professional skills through the integrative discipline of the career of tourism and business

Tourism is considered a source of sustainable development for societies; it must guide its professionals to have specific training based on skills, so that from the steps they take they contribute to economic, environmental and social development. The objective was to propose a model for training by professional skills through the discipline of integration of the professional career of Tourism and Business at the Universidad Senor de Sipan. The research is framed within a propositive approach because a proposal was designed based on the observation of the problems expressed by the graduates of the Tourism and Business professional career. Through the documentary analysis, the research of different authors on this topic was systematized. In conclusion, this research offers with these results, a possible solution to the problems that are manifested in the process of formation, particularly, of the professionals of tourism and business.
