摘要
This paper analyzed causes resulting in core rigidities in the view of dissipative structure theory and synergetics. It pointed out that core competence was the "radical core" and the "hyper-order parameter" which dominated and governed the process of system's evolution, and the characteristic of the "radical core" resulted in core rigidities' generation together with the core competence.
