摘要：

Treated as the no-wait hybrid flow workshop scheduling problem, the annealing operation of cool steel coils in the annealing workshop of the cold rolling plant of an iron and steel Corporation is discussed. A mathematical model is established and the corresponding heuristic algorithm is designed.
