摘要
The mathematical model and software for calculation of the work of rams with the universal rotary elastic compensators is considered. The theory of stability loss of core systems with elastic fixing in static position was taken as the basis of evaluating strain in a compression ram, when operating with elastic compensators. The program implements the algorithm of numeric solution of the corresponding differential problem with application of difference approximation and Newton's iteration procedure. The developed program includes the determination of displacements and stresses in longitudinally bent extrusion plungers and ordinates of their critical sections within which destruction occurs. Integrated modules of developed CAD-system components allow assessing the alternations of power modes at different operations and selecting appropriate design parameters of elastic compensators for realization of reaction momentum at which strain in long-length working tool will not exceed critical values. The results of computer simulation are the basis for choosing the design parameters of the compensators, which allow reducing the bending stresses and ensuring reliable operation of the long tool.
