摘要：

This paper presents the development of engineering course contents by using information technology tools that can be used both as a complement to traditional courses and to distance learning situations. The environment is based on WBE - Web Based Education. It is also presented an experience from "Dunarea de Jos" University of Galati, the skills required making up the development team, the participation of students and the technology involved. This experience try to contribute to the advance of the new engineering learning methodologies, focused on autonomous learning that is also promoted through the European Higher Education Space.
