摘要
The energy of combustion of the hydrocortisone acetate has been measured at 298.15 K by combustion calorimetry (in a calorimeter with a static bomb and an isothermal shield). The enthalpy of combustion Delta(c) HA degrees and the enthalpy of formation Delta(f) HA degrees of the hydrocortisone acetate from simple substances at T = 298.15 K and p = 0.1 MPa have been calculated. The thermochemical analysis of the acylation reaction of hydrocortisone into hydrocortisone acetate was made. The low-temperature X-ray diffraction was used for the determination of coefficients of thermal expansion.
