摘要
This paper depicts and investigates the effect of a possible EMI attack to the analog integrated circuits (ICs) commonly used in the automotive systems. In particular, all the possible paths from the EMI sources to the IC are considered. Measurements and simulations show that the integrated circuits are susceptible to the EMI injection from all the possible paths and that resulting EMI-induced offset can be considerable at frequencies ranging from tens of MHz up to GHz.
