摘要：
Familial Mediterranean fever (fMf) is an inherited condition characterized by polyserositis and is sometimes complicated by AA renal amyloidosis leading to nephrotic syndrome and renal failure. We present a case of a man with fMf who presented with rapidly progressive renal failure caused by light chain deposition disease. This disease association has not previously been described in the medical literature. (C) 1997 by the National Kidney Foundation, Inc.
