摘要
The life of the convicted offender is given under a structural and an individual component. The first of these related to governmental and institutional policies, while the second refers to the interaction of the subject with his environment. This is why this article focuses on how does the process of depersonalization of the self develop in Colombian prisons? Through the socio-critical paradigm with a tendency to legal hermeneutics to develop the relationship between the necropolitics, the stagnation of the law and the depersonalization of the individual's self.
