摘要：

Whether food production capacity is able to correctly be evaluated or nor has impact on food security in China. In this paper, it presents index system that measures food production capacity also, by using factor analysis, it analyzes food production capacity in thirty one provinces in China based on difference of regional competitiveness in aspect Of science technique, labor and cultivated land Moreover, it provides the theory and empirical reference for establishing regional strategy of food production in each province of China.
