摘要
The transition metal ion Fe3+ in pure and Li-substituted ZnO single crystals which were grown by hydrothermal method has been studied by electron spin resonance over the temperature range 77 to 460 K. Several Fe3+ centers are found in ferroelectric Li-substituted Zn1-xLixO (x=0.086). One is a tetrahedrally-coordinated type Fe3+ ion, other is attributed as Fe3+ V-o. The fine structure splitting of Fe3+ in Zn1-xLixO is found to be slightly temperature dependent in ferroelectric phase. The Li hyperfine structure is clearly detected at 77 K in pure and Li-substituted ZnO.
