摘要
Analog-to-digital converter chips used in the Cockcroft-Walton generators of the forward calorimeter in the PANDA experiment have been tested for radiation hardness in.-ray and neutrons fields. The radiation hardness of temperature sensors under exposure to a neutron flux has also been investigated.
