摘要：

In the title compound, C16H12O3, the dihedral angle between the benzene rings is 12.0 (1)degrees. In the crystal structure, the molecules are linked through pi-pi interactions and C-H center dot center dot center dot pi (arene) hydrogen-bonding interactions.
