摘要：

Primary pulmonary blast injury arises from direct exposure to blast overpressure, and may lead to severe lung injury and systemic air embolism. The phenomena of spallation and implosion can be explained by a simple conceptual model without invoking complex physical principles. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
