摘要：

In the summer shutdown of 2003 in Belle the new silicon vertex detector SVD 2.0 was installed. In addition to important improvements of the tracking capabilities this detector includes triggering functionality and will play an important part in dealing with the increasing luminosities of the KEK-B accelerator.
