摘要
Progress in the development of the Kyoto University accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) system is reported. The installation of a second stripper downstream of the beam-analyzing magnet has reduced background and interfering ions, without electrostatic analysis, resulting in a significant improvement in radiocarbon measurement accuracy.
