摘要
If the addition of Breast MRI to conventional mammography-ultrasound screening exam for women at high genetic risk is unanimous, the terms of screening differ, particularly with regard to age of onset and end of screening. Several questions also remain unresolved, as the rhythm of the combination with the conventional assessment or the number of mammographic views of the fact of radiationinduced risk. Compliance with good practice should help to optimize the screening of women at high genetic risk for breast cancer.
